Remembrance of Gachon English Camp

Today, I want to look back on my Gachon English Camp activities. Write essay that Pick just three activities from whole curriculum was so difficult to me. Because of All activities were very helpful to me. But I decided choice Field Trip, Salsa Class, Conversation Lounge class.
When I visited Latin American culture center, initially I thought it would be a little boring and not exciting. But it was surprised by the good view of the tiny museum and warm atmosphere. Museum director welcomed us and he explained about the history of Latin America and his experience as diplomat. He especially prepared his presentation, I was so envious of him and redecided to upgrade my English proficiency. After looking around the museum our group went to cafeteria to eat a traditional Mexican food. It was such a great time and opportunity to know about Latin American culture. And through this Field trip our group members are closer and friendlier to each other.
Although I am not a good dancer but honestly I really like do a dance. I didn’t have any information about Salsa until join this camp. But before dancing Salsa, I learned about theory of music through music class. This music class was also included in our curriculum. So when I got stuck in Salsa class, it felt like very friendly and familiarity. It maybe all of camp students thought. Through dance I learned a method that communicate with music and felt music naturally.
The most important purpose of this Gachon English Camp is use English all the time. I agree that our camp students were tried to conform this purpose. But honestly it was not done perfectly. Because we are Korean so when we use a Foreign Language (English) especially here it was instinctively uncomforted. But Conversation Lounge class made environment use English only. So at least that time camp students were used English even if their English proficiency not good. I think this kind of try is one of the important factors of our English camp purpose.

where is the place that eager to go during camp period??

Hi everybody !! Especially Gachon Global Leader English Society people !!
I am now pass very busy life at the English camp in Kangh-wa island.
I experienced many precious things with a same class mates.
Through this participation, i know many people who make a new relationships.
Everythings in English camp are will be my memory.
But actually, i am also miss my friend and Seoul.
So i decide to give a information about good tourist attractions in Seoul.
If you go here after this camp, you would be satisfy my recommendation.

1. Flea-Market

The first Saturday every month, very trendy and hot Flea-Market open in 논현동
(Nonhyeon-dong).
you can buy many kind of clothings very ceep price and you can feel like club
atmosphere with beer and wonderful hotdog.




2. Cafe 'Bloom & Gutte'

this cafe's theme is a flower and cake and coffee as you know through the cafe
name. bloom mean flower, gutte mean coffe and cake. this cafe is lacated in 신사
동 가로수길(Shinsa-dong Avenue). i think this place is especially very good at
couple for their date course.




3. Club ' HEAVEN'

I am sometimes go club with my friend when i feel cramped.
this place make me more fresh and up.
go here and feel a powerful energy !! located in 학동역 (Hak-dong station).
